RESIDENCY - resided in the City of Brea area prior to entering the Miss Brea Scholarship Pageant. Proof will be a California's driver's license, utility bill, auto registration, current lease, student ID card or any other official document establishing residency.

SCHOOL ATTENDANCE - completed at least one semester of school within the City of Brea or must be currently enrolled as a student located within the City of Brea. Proof will be evidence of registration, transcripts or other official documentation from the appropriate educational institution.

EMPLOYMENT - have been an employee of a firm located within the City of Brea prior to making application for the Miss Brea Scholarship Pageant. Proof will be a letter from the contestant's employer or paystub. Must maintain employment in the City of Brea during 12 month reign as Miss Brea.  If you should become unemployeed at any time during your reign as Miss Brea a 30 grace period will commence on the last day of employment to seek new employment within the City of Brea.  If employment is not found by 12:01am 30 days after becoming unemployeed - contestant will forfit the title as Miss Brea to her 1st Runner-up for the remaining term of the year and forfit all benefits, prizes and scholarships.
